Estimates and services

Sending a request through this website does not create a contract and does not guarantee that we will take on the job.

Estimates depend on the information available at the time and on the condition of the property. A price or schedule can change if the scope changes or if we find conditions we could not see during the visit, such as hidden damage or moisture.

Work begins only after we agree on the details with you. If there is a written estimate or contract for your project, that document controls the scope, price, payment and any warranty, and it takes priority over anything on this website.

Exterior work depends on the weather, and dates may move because of rain, cold or other conditions outside our control.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your estimate and project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Website content

We work to keep this website accurate, but the information is general and may change without notice. Services, service areas and availability can vary.

Project photos show past work and are examples, not a promise of identical results. Some images, such as the Power Washing service image, are illustrations. Colors you see on the site and in the 3D house preview are approximate and depend on your screen. Reviews reflect the experience of individual customers.

Our content and brand

The First Tier Painting name, logo, text, photos, graphics and site design belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share our pages for personal use. You may not copy, change or use them commercially without our written permission.

• Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site
